Jeff Yang is a seasoned strategy and communications professional with two decades of experience in media, marketing, and technology. He founded aMagazine: Inside Asian America and aOnline.com, two influential media startups that catered to Asian American audiences. Currently, he is Head of Global Futures at sparks & honey, where he helps brands and businesses align with global culture.

With a B.A. in Psychology from Harvard University, Yang's research focus includes identity, technology's social impact, mobile and social networks, and multiculturalism. He's a former Research Director and Head of Digital Intelligence Lab at the Institute for the Future, and a former Vice President, West Coast Head of Strategy at sparks & honey. He served as a Columnist at CNN Opinion, The Wall Street Journal, and SFGate.com, among others. Yang is also the Editor in Chief of Secret Identities, a popular Asian American superhero anthology.
