Kristina Shen has established herself as a prominent figure in the world of enterprise and SaaS investing. She currently holds the position of General Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, where she focuses on investments in the aforementioned fields. Prior to this, she was a partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, where she was involved in numerous investments in cloud and SaaS. In addition to Bessemer, she also worked as a growth equity investment professional at JMI Equity and as a technology investment banker at both Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse. Shen is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where she studied Operations Research and Management Science. Along with her busy schedule, Kristina is also a founding member of All Raise, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting equality within the tech industry.
