His professional journey includes key positions such as Senior Digital Product Owner at Aviva where he managed the 'My Aviva App' and 'Aviva Drive' products, demonstrating his proficiency in digital innovation and customer-centric product development.

Alex's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Beta Papa and he has held various roles within Aviva, including Digital Innovation Manager, Disruptive Innovation, Visual Design & UX lead, as well as Broker Claims Innovation Consultant and Communications & Technology Consultant.
