Rachel Bagby is an accomplished leadership consultant, facilitator, and musician. With an impressive educational background that includes a J.D. from Stanford University Law School, she has developed a reputation as a trusted advisor to individuals and organizations committed to cultivating innovative leadership capabilities, sustainable productivity, and systemic change. As the originator of dekaaz, a poetry form that hones large amounts of information into ten syllables of sharable wisdom, Rachel uses proprietary tools, including Voice Blessings® and Dekaaz Facilitation®, to inspire transformative outcomes and translate words into highly-leveraged action.

As an improvisational vocal artist and composer, Rachel has recorded four CDs of original compositions and was a former member of Bobby McFerrin's ensemble Voicestra. Additionally, she is the founder of Voice Blessings®, a facilitation tool designed to help women of all ages amplify their powers as leaders. Her work involves addressing issues in a way that brings forth the creativity and liberating awareness of her audiences. Rachel has keynote presented and trained in hundreds of venues with groups of innovators, educators, social entrepreneurs, leaders in government, business, and NGOs, and large circles of women.
