Kirsten Telford is a seasoned entrepreneur and internet strategist with over 20 years of experience in developing online strategies for businesses, government agencies, and not-for-profit organizations. She is a Vancouver-based pioneer in the internet industry, having co-founded Cogeny Communications Inc., to help dot-com entrepreneurs develop and execute effective marketing strategies. She also co-founded ePACT Network Inc., where she served as the President and Co-Founder, a company that is determined to revolutionize the way the world prepares for and responds to emergencies.

Throughout her career, Kirsten has helped organizations develop strategies that are not only grounded in good business sense, but also powerful in the impact technology can have on consumers and stakeholders. Her expertise and skills have been honed over the years, working with major corporations, governments, and establishments. Kirsten earned a B Comm in Tourism Management from the University of Victoria and studied at Handsworth Secondary.
