Andi Galpern is a seasoned Designer, Content Strategist, and Community Expert with a passion for design education. Graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in BFA Graphic Design, Andi has over a decade of experience creating exceptional product designs, organizing and managing communities in the Bay Area, and coaching designers to become leaders in their field.

Andi is the Founder and Producer of Cascade SF, an experience design organization in the Bay Area that provides valuable spaces for product designers to learn, connect with industry leaders, and mentor growth. She has organized numerous design and technology events since 2011 and has coached many designers to create presentations, write blog posts, and become leaders.

Before taking the plunge into building Cascade SF, Andi held various senior design and marketing positions with companies like Adobe, Doximity, IAC, and CloudApp. She has worked with Growth Strategy, UX Design, Program Management, Content, and Marketing Lead, UX Journalist, and Customer Advisory Board for Project Comet (now Adobe XD), among other roles.
