Cheryl Roe is a non-profit executive with vast experience in developing inclusive workforce strategies and programs. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Political Science at the University of Southern California and went on to study an Executive Masters Nonprofit Leadership at Seattle University. At Skills Inc, she worked as the Director of Programs & Development and later as the Director of Outreach. She also served as a Senior Consultant at Self-employed before taking up her current role as InterConnection.org's President.
