Kelvin Chan is an accomplished technology banker, providing over $1 billion loan commitments to various technology companies in his 18-year banking career. With extensive lending experience in traditional cash flow, asset-based lending, syndicated loans, venture debt, leverage buyout, and cross-border financing, he has financed some of the most influential companies in the technology industry, including Ubiquiti, Zantaz, NextG Network, and many others. Kelvin studied finance and accounting at UC Berkeley and holds a graduate degree in commercial banking from Pacific Coast Banking School. Prior to his role as Founding Manager of the Technology Banking Group at East West Bank, Kelvin worked at Silicon Valley Bank, The Sumitomo Bank Limited, and Wells Fargo Bank.
