Sue Siddall is a seasoned marketer, strategist, and business leader with over 25 years of experience working with luxury, retail, hospitality, and public sector clients. She has a talent for helping organizations reinvent themselves and connect with consumers and employees in innovative and compelling ways. As Partner and Managing Director of IDEO Europe, Sue has helped transform companies all over the world. Before joining IDEO, Sue was the global marketing director at Tanner Krolle, responsible for the brand and marketing strategy in multiple countries. She also spent seven years as a group account director at M&C Saatchi, where she worked with top clients such as British Airways, Asprey, and Garrards. Sue is a frequent speaker at industry and client conferences, using her expertise in purpose-driven innovation, creative leadership, and design thinking to inspire her audiences. She studied at Haileybury College and Nottingham University, and has lived and worked in countries around the world.
