Lesley Onstott is a multi-disciplinary professional with over 10 years of experience in social impact design, photojournalism, and documentary filmmaking, among other fields. She has worked with various organizations and institutions, including Parsons School of Design, Freelance, Not Impossible Labs, Not Impossible Foundation, and Warner Bros. Pictures. Lesley's focus is on creating inclusive and sustainable solutions to address issues of access and inequality, and she applies elements from her various backgrounds to achieve this. Her approach involves cross-disciplinary collaboration, thorough research, design and systems thinking, authentic stakeholder relationships, and multimedia storytelling. Recently, she worked as a research assistant at Parsons School of Design - The New School, where she supported innovative projects in the social impact space.
