Most recently, he has been serving as the Head of Consumer Experience at CARRO, where he leads the development of innovative products that enhance customer experience. Prior to this, Clement has held various leadership positions at notable organizations such as Reactor School, Novocall, SMU Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Snapask, Motorist.sg, and Dragon Wealth Asia. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated excellent skills in community building, marketing, sales, and customer success.
