Jeff Bruce is a talent acquisition leader and search professional with experience in product and engineering recruiting. He has a particular focus on venture capital and private equity backed businesses. He studied Business Administration at the University of Delaware and holds a BFA in Multimedia Design/Development from the University of The Arts.

Bruce has founded Bigfoot Search, an executive recruiting organization, and has also worked as a search partner for Brogan Search Partners and as an executive recruiter for True Search. He has also worked in talent acquisition at Bravio LLC and as a recruiter at Robert Half International. Before entering the field of talent acquisition, Bruce worked as a web developer for Intelligent Security Networks and Merion Publications.

With a solid educational background in business and design, and a wealth of experience in both executive recruitment and product and engineering recruiting, Bruce offers a unique set of skills and insights to his clients.
