Kimberly Manns is a highly experienced executive coach and leader in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion. With over 15 years of experience, she has developed strategies to address the challenges faced by underrepresented groups while ensuring their inclusion in diverse communities. She worked with Procter & Gamble as Assistant Brand Manager for Covergirl and Wal-Mart account, where she led multicultural marketing for the organization's major brands. She later served as the Deputy Director of Policy and Communications at the Baltimore City Mayor's Office and as the Managing Director at The Commit Partnership in Dallas, focusing on reducing economic and educational disparities systemically.

Kim is passionate about personal leadership development and supporting equity policies in the public and non-profit sectors. She employs a head-heart-hands approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion, which entails using her knowledge and expertise to understand a problem fully, finding empathy, and developing sustainable solutions.
