She is the Founder and President of Capital Strategies Group LLC, a prominent technology consulting firm specializing in executive-level business development and sales, business-to-business and business-to-government relationships, and strategic partnerships.

Hayes has served on the Board of Good Harbor Partners, a SPAC focused on acquisition roll-ups in the security space, and also held the role of Director at RSA Security, where she led the successful early consumer line of business. She possesses an impressive track record of successful exits through her private equity fund, Futuris Capital, with one of the major exits to public security company, RSA Security.
