Matthew Drapkin
Matthew Drapkin is a seasoned investment professional with experience spanning from investment banking to managing hedge funds, as well as serving on numerous public company boards. Holding a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School, he began his career at Goldman Sachs, and later was General Manager at Conde Nast. Drapkin has experience in corporate development, having worked on transactions such as Scientific Games, Deluxe Entertainment Services, AM General, and Scantron at MacAndrews & Forbes. In 2009, he co-founded Northern Right Capital, where he served as CEO and portfolio manager. Drapkin is currently on the Boards of PRGX Global and Great Elm Capital Group, and has previously served on boards including Intevac (which provides equipment solutions), Ruby Tuesday (as chairman), Hot Topic, Glu Mobile, Xura, Plato Learning, and Alloy.
