Responsibilities: Working closely and providing support to invoicing department to fulfill the Customer’sdemand and to solve any related issue within a service level agreement (24 hours) Running root cause analysis and supporting with any improvement possibilities where theprocess can be more quick and efficient (continuous improvement) Tracking the invoice from creating the sales order till reaching the Customer.
