Elsa Arocho-Quinones

Elsa Arocho-Quinones is an accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the field of neurosurgery and medicine.

She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico - Rio Piedras, a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, and has studied at prestigious institutions like San Juan Bautista School of Medicine, Medical College of Wisconsin, Harvard Medical School, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Elsa has held vital roles in various organizations, currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery, Division of Pediatric Neurosurgery at Dell Medical School at the University of Texas at Austin. She previously worked as a Shillito Pediatric Neurosurgery Fellow at Boston Children's Hospital, a Neurosurgery Resident at Medical College of Wisconsin Affiliated Hospitals, a Staff Biologist at Merck & Co., and a Research Associate II at sanofi-aventis.
