Rushil G. is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and business executive with years of experience in the tech and transportation industries. He is the CEO and co-founder of Nirvana Insurance, a modern fleet insurance company that rewards safety and is backed by top-tier VCs such as General Catalyst and Lightspeed. Prior to his current role, Rushil led Samsara's Connected Fleets platform, scaling it from scratch to over 1 million devices and 20,000 customers. He also served as Senior Director and GM of Ola Money at Ola, where he launched and scaled payments to $1 billion in volume, one of the world's largest mobility companies. As a co-founder and CTO of AirCare Labs, Rushil helped create a successful digital health start-up which was later acquired by Cardinal Health. Rushil earned his B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from IIT Bombay and an MBA with Honors from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, where he was also a PhD candidate. Before his MBA, he worked as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and as a research assistant at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), focusing on machine learning and genomics research. He also spent time as a visiting researcher at Stanford University.
