His career has seen numerous milestones, including a stint as Operations Manager at eCommerce Direct, where he was responsible for managing daily operations, driving process improvements, and overseeing quality measurements towards the achievement of customer satisfaction. Previously, he served as an Operations Manager, Site Operations Leader, Lean Sigma / Systems Manager, Quality Assurance / Receiving / Systems Manager, Finance / Systems Analyst, Production Manager, Client Account Manager, Production Supervisor, and Receiving Supervisor, all at Electronic Data Processing Systems (EDPS).
