Anita Rohira is a seasoned Product Manager, User Researcher, and Business Development Manager with a background in International Affairs. She studied MicroMasters at Rochester Institute of Technology and holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The New School as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Washington University in St. Louis. Throughout her career, Anita has developed an impressive portfolio across a diverse range of organizations, including Underdog.io, Alchemy, Product School, The 3% Conference, WakaWaka, World Food Programme, me., and Seeds of Africa.

At Underdog.io, Anita manages and develops the hiring platform, creating an improved product experience for job seekers and hiring managers. Before that, as Product Manager at Alchemy, she was responsible for developing tools and experiences for content creators. She was a Campus Organizer at Product School, promoting product education for students and young professionals. As a User Researcher at The 3% Conference, she helped improve women's exposure to leadership positions, while promoting equitable and inclusive workspaces. At WakaWaka, Anita was responsible for product and business development strategy in remote areas of Africa, ensuring off-grid communities had access to reliable and sustainable energy sources. During her time at the World Food Programme, she worked on private sector partnerships with tech companies, NGOs, and microfinance institutions in underdeveloped areas around the world. Anita also worked as a Strategic Consultant at me. and as a Digital Producer at Seeds of Africa.
