Before founding Purpose Union, Lewis worked as a Director at Finsbury, where he advised on complex communications matters. He also served as the Director of Fair Education Alliance and as an Account Director at Brunswick Group, where he advised clients on strategic communications. Lewis is a sought-after keynote speaker for events on education, equality, and diversity. At Debate Mate, Lewis served as the Programme Director, where he personally trained over 5000 young people in the art of debating. He also served as the Chairman at Oxford Student Services Limited and President of the Oxford University Students Union.
