Jeffrey Buxton is a Computer Systems Engineer with over two decades of experience in the Avionics industry. His expertise lies in designing, developing, integrating, testing, and supporting safety-critical airborne software systems and IT solutions. Jeffrey is a fluent speaker of Serbo-Croatian languages, has a C1 CEFR certification in Serbian, and has worked as an Engineering Network Support, IT Help Desk Support, E-mail Administrator, and Full-time Staff Volunteer. Before serving in various technical positions at Honeywell International, L-3 Communications, Rockwell Collins, and Raytheon, Jeffrey studied Bachelor of Science in Engineering at Arizona State University.

After twenty years in the Avionics industry, Jeffrey co-founded Nova verzija d.o.o. with a mission to provide creative professionals in Montenegro with the resources they need for greater success. The company offered consulting services and workshops that covered branding, leveraging social media power, and IT strategies. Nova verzija d.o.o. also had a Beta Bar coworking facility on the beautiful Adriatic coast in Bar, Montenegro.
