The President's House is scheduled to debut on November 17, 2010 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - it is about the nations first Presidential residence where President George Washington and First Lady Martha Washington-Custis resided with their 9 slaves, among other servants.

Over the years at Marble Church Cinti Laird has been the first woman to operate the video cameras for the televising of Dr. Arthur Caliandro´s sermons under the direction of Bruno Caliandro, she has been a small group leader of the Arts based Goal Workshops, a Sunday School Teacher, founding member of the Marble Community Gospel Choir, spent many summers in the volunteer sanctuary choir, active in all areas of volunteerism and Church Leadership, this former seminarian also completed a studies berevement counseling at and small group training at Marble Collegiate Church.

Cinti Laird Productions has produced EASY MONEY (aka THE BOTTOM) an Actors Equity Showcase at the Lambs Club on West 51st Street, making Cinti Laird the first African American woman to write and produce a professional showcase at the once all male club known for being oldest theatrical organization in America.  CLP has also mounted several off, live theatrical productions of DO YOU MIND IF I JOIN YOU?  A PSYCHO DRAMA written and directed by Cinti Laird.  Both shows have received favorable reviews. The first production of DO YOU MIND IF I JOIN YOU? A PSYCHO DRAMA, co-produced with Spotlight On Productions earmed am invitation to participate in the Samuel French One-Act Play Festival where it was equally well received.  The play is being developed for film.  CLP has most recently produced the short film I SEE YOU and is currently in the process of creating it´s own web presence filled with historical references to past works and current projects. The Supremes Meet Mother Like is a sketch comedy parody written on the heels of the Supremes Tour starring Diana Ross as the only original Supreme which caused a media blitz.  We addressed it with humor and had a little fun in a show at Don't Tell Mama on Restaurant Row in New York City.  I got to portray La Ross, with Cece Antoinette as Mother Like (I ripped this character off from Mother Love when writing the script), and Mo' Williams portrayed the wronged Mary Wilson!  I did invite Ms. Ross to attend because when you can laugh at what noise the press is making about your life, it all goes down a little easier!  Especially when they really have no idea what the true story is...  Come, share the laughter and put it all behind!

Corporate Affairs was formerly the charitable contributions wing of Commissioner David Stern´s office at the National Basketball Association where Cinti was an independent contractor, not a salaried employee.  There Cinti Laird initially functioned as an office production assistant helping to organize the filming of public service announcements for Reading Is Fundamental among other charitable commercials behind the scenes.  She also worked on planning and implementing Special Events like NBA AllStar, NBA Wives events at AllStar, as well as sending celebrity athletes like Dikembe Mutombo to South Africa with the CARE contingency.  She was also responsible for keeping track of and distribution of other charitable contributions worldwide.

The Actors Fund does wonderful work and has always been a source of assistance for actors when the chips get low. I learned how to be a core team player on the short lived television series HELP which starred Wesley Snipes in 1989 - 1990.  Fleet Emerson and Sylvia Fay cast me as a recurring Emergency Medical Technician on the show.  After it wrapped we literally moved right over to the set of New Jack City to begin filming where I was cast as the Maid of Honor in a scene where the late Nickolas Ashford was cast as Clergy to perform the marriage that got shot up!

Cinti Laird is an ASCAP songwriter who has produced and released several songs, some presently still available for download over the internet. She has been writing songs since she was in elementary school and has an extensive personal library.  Since her songwriting has been as second nature as her breathing; it was not initially considered as a possible means of income.  Music has always played a role in Ms. Laird´s formal training and enjoyment.  Voice was a part of her curriculum at New York University while she studied piano privately and later took additional voice and theory at the New School.  The theme song for Cinti´s Comedy Pageant ¨I´ll Bring You The Music¨ is still available on iTunes among other sites.  The sad song ¨Here Today Gone Tomorrow¨ originally released regionally in NYC following the 9/11 attacks, was helpful in absorbing the devastating impact of those attacks, embracing the mood and moving toward some emotional closure for the artist among others at the time.  During that time Cinti was actively singing ¨Here Today Gone Tomorrow¨ underground in New York City subway stations as well as in cabaret. These dates are approximate - as I physically left the Durst Organization in 1988 but was a consultant until legal cases I was responsible for settled.  Leasing Representative was the title on my business card.  My responsibilities far out-weighted that title.  Responsible for showing store front properties in Manhattan, landlord tenant court both on the residential and corporate sides, reading, writing and digesting legal briefs as a NYS certified real estate paralegal.  Maintained corporate real estate insurance files and worked directly with insurance brokers.  Worked directly with all law firms on retainer both in residential and corporate real estate matters. Responsible to bring acceptable offers to the table and maintain a healthy distance and relationship with brokers until such time as their offer was deemed acceptable.  Checked boilers, ventilation and other areas to ascertain that properties were actually ready for leasing and that I knew where things were and what condition they were in.  Documented any property left by corporate tenants on premises.  For example. restaurants left stoves and other heavy equipment which either needed to be removed, sold or auctioned.  Clocked the number of people walking by a property at various times of the day and night to determine the amount of traffic and type of customers in particular location.  This information lent itself to the type of client suitable for a particular space or neighborhood: Clothing store, restaurant, beauty supply, gourmet foods, a breakfast joint of evening entertainment spot.  All factors were taken into account.  Fielding calls from adds placed in the NYTimes Real Estate section with my name as the go to person for both office buildings and commercial store front properties.  My initial Real Estate License was held by Seymour B. Durst, then subsequently by Robert A. Durst.  Maintained a NYS Notary Public Stamp to assist at corporate closings.  Assisted with sales at Fitzgerald Condo.

Leasing Representative Mergers and Acquisitions Real Property Development (Manhattan)

Transceiver East was a permit service for Truck Drivers with heavy loads.  Permits are necessary for crossing State, County and International borders with cargo.  As a manager of a small group of employees Cinti was responsible to see that permits were issued properly or in an emergency situation.  She was responsible for maintaining clear and open communications with Truck Stop personnel throughout North and South America in order to ensure ease in the transport of goods and services flowing to and from Canada and the Americans.
