Doug Leonard is an accomplished professional with a background in management consulting and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the EVP of Global Premium Products & Benefits at American Express, he previously managed the successful Centurion Lounge program, a part of the global lounge collection offered by the company. With years of experience in both internal and external consultation, Doug brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

Doug graduated from Bowdoin College with a triple major in Government, French, and Economics, and studied at Oliver Ames High School. He has held several senior positions at American Express, including Director of Strategy & Planning, Business Strategy Execution Senior Manager, and Analyst roles in Retail, CPG, and Life Sciences. He has also worked as a Manager of Business Strategy Execution, and a Senior Analyst in related fields at Infosys.

In his current leadership role at American Express, Doug draws from his impressive experience to provide critical support and strategy for the EVP of Global Premium Products & Benefits.
