Monica Rush

Monica Rush is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with over a decade in the industry, specializing in consumer product and exhibit design.

She holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering as well as Engineering Systems: Technology & Policy from the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Currently serving as the Director of Responsible Design & Strategy at Target, Monica has previously held key positions such as Senior Product Engineer and Product Engineer within the same organization.

Her rich background includes roles as a Lab Instructor at University of Minnesota, Design Engineer at 5 Wits Productions, and Education Fellow at Boston Museum of Science.

Having also served as a Lecturer and Lab Instructor at MIT, Monica brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to the table.

With a focus on user experience, intuitive design, and data-driven decisions, Monica Rush is well-versed in building partnerships, creative problem-solving, and collaborative product development.
