Christopher Carter is a skilled professional with over 14 years of experience in curriculum planning and international exchange programs. He holds an MPA in Public Administration from Cornell University's Institute for Public Affairs, alongside a BA in East Asian Studies, Japan concentration from Oberlin College. Carter has also studied Japanese language at the Kyoto International Center of Foreign Languages.

Throughout his career, Carter has held several roles as an English teacher and program developer in both Jr. and Sr. High Schools, including Josai University, Otemon Gakuin, and Hagoromo Gakuen.
