Melissa Woodward is the owner, remedial massage therapist, and women's health coach at Evolution Health Services, a health and wellness space aimed at guiding and supporting women during pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and motherhood. Melissa has studied Diploma of Health Science in Massage Therapy, Remedial Massage Therapy, Credit at Northern Sydney Institute of TAFE, Diploma of Nutrition & Dietetics for Personal Trainers, Fitness Nutritional Coach at FIAFitnation, and Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, Personal Training at Australian Institute of Personal Trainers.

Before owning her business, Melissa worked as a Senior Case Manager at Employers Mutual Limited, Senior Case Officer at Wesfarmers Group WorkCover, and Case Manager at QBE Insurance. She was also a self-employed remedial massage therapist and personal trainer.

Melissa's aim is to empower women by providing them with knowledge about what they can do in pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and family care. Her services reflect the unique way of helping women feel strong, confident, and educated about their body, creating a guilt-free and supportive space for women's health and wellness.
