Raja's education is impressive as he holds an MBA with a focus on Operations, Marketing, and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management in Lucknow and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.

Raja's professional experience is vast, including senior management roles in organizations such as Infosys BPM, where he served as Vice President & Global Head - Transitions and Delivery Head - Insurance. He also held several leadership roles at Maven BPO Services, TVS Electronics Limited, Lucas Engineering & Systems, Computer Sciences Corporation, Systime Computers Limited, and Tata Motors.
