As an account manager, I introduce new services to our customers that will generate transaction revenue, coordinate for customers to setup additional distribution services, and share current intelligence from the marketplace. I have led the growth of Scepter’s hotel base from 200 to 600+ during the last six years.  I provide tier 1 support documented in SalesForce Customer Relationship Management (CRM), education about the Global Distribution Services (GDS), Central Reservation System (CRS) training and recommend Global Distribution Services (GDS) best practices and account support.  I provide my assigned customers call reviews and assist with our other customers, as needed.  Maintain the Client Fee Matrix. Manage several clients monthly invoicing.

Supervised the implementation of 500+ hotels on to the Global Distribution Systems (GDS) / Internet Distribution Systems (IDS) channels on the SC chain code.  Maintain hotel description (HOD) data for properties loaded on Global Distribution Systems / Internet Distribution Systems under SC chain code and Global Distribution Systems negotiated/consortia/non-negotiated rate mapping and testing.  Setup Direct Connect between Central Reservation System and Online Travel Agencies.  Coordinate setup for clients Booking Engine through the Central Reservation System.  Maintain monthly, quarterly and yearly reservation production.  Involved with monthly reforecast and annual budget.  Maintain client fee matrix for accurate client invoicing. Coordinate the set-up of 80 properties on ResortQuest QV chain code on Global Distribution Systems (GDS) / Internet Distribution Systems (IDS) channels in spring 2006.  Global Distribution Systems reservations generated $1.5 Million revenue for 7,399 room nights in the first 12 months.   Oversee production and management of national contracts for consortia, third party tour operators and Online Travel Agencies (OTA) partners.  Reported monthly e-distribution production by location; communicated between ResortQuest locations and Online Travel Agency partners; oversee extranet management to maintain parity amongst the Online Travel Agency partners and trained staff on extranets and SynXis Central Reservations System.

Electronic Distribution Manager

Oversee operations in a central call center to book reservations, manage/increase wholesale operations for ResortQuest Northwest Florida, hire and train staff, manage staff (including scheduling, attendance and progressive discipline), address guest concerns and answer reservation calls - rentals of approximately 3,000 rental units.  Effectively yielded inventory to increase wholesale production in 2003: $900K, 6,858 nights to 2005: $4.17 Million, 27,208 nights.

Set-up full operation in a central call center to book reservations for five ResortQuest Colorado destinations; hire staff, train staff to be reservation sales agents and on computer software, manage staff: including scheduling, attendance and progressive discipline, address guest concerns, answer calls and report progress to Corporate and five ResortQuest Colorado locations.  Oversee all reservation operations of approximately 1500 rental units.

Payroll, oversee benefits for 125-150 people (health insurance, 401k, paid time off), establish company policies, oversee and support staff, counsel managers and staff (progressive discipline), interview and screen potential staff, set-up and maintain employee files with required valid documents, oversee work comp claims, COBRA, recruiting and training, auto insurance (drivers eligibility, oversee claims and keep information current in vehicles), worked closely with the ResortQuest Shared Service Center and posted required posters in visible locations for staff.  Assisted with Human Resources functions for nine other ResortQuest local operating companies.

Human Resources Manager

Count and post daily front desk drops, post reservation payments, complete daily bank deposits, reviewed and sent monthly travel agent commission payments, account payable payment and homeowner payments.  Manually calculated payroll for all company staff.

Set-up schedules, trained staff, managed collections for reservations, answered reservation calls, addressed guest concerns and reported weekly sales reports.  Manually calculated payroll for all company staff.
