Scott Gustaff is an accomplished sales leader with a proven track record of revenue growth for SaaS business management platforms. He has built and managed metric-driven direct and indirect channels markets in North America, Europe, and Asia, including VAR channels, inside, and field teams. With over 20 years of experience, Scott has been a player/coach and sales leader for various industries, including Healthcare EMR/RCM/PRM/BI/Outcomes, AEC ERP/CRM/BI, and Electronic Design Automation (EDA).
At Clinicient, Scott was solely responsible for turning around sales and building a direct sales team, growing annual SaaS bookings from $400K to $5M, and exiting ARR of $23M resulting in $15M additional funding. At Axium, he built an inside sales, customer service, and lead generation team, raising the new customer acquisition rate by 400% within 18 months, and growing on-premise sales from perennially $1M/yr to $5M in three years. At Cadence/OrCAD, Scott started as employee 22 as an individual contributor and moved on to build a direct and reseller channel for Asia, Europe, and South America, enabling IPO and acquisition by Cadence Design.
