Jocelyn Houle is a Canadian computer scientist and graphics hardware expert with over five years of experience at ATI before becoming an indie game developer and working on a variety of projects, including the unreleased 1666 - Amsterdam and cloud gaming technology at Shinra Technologies (Eidos Montreal) before becoming Director and Directory of Technology at Genvid. Houle has also worked with Nawmal Technologies and Triple Boris, and her experience includes architecture, verification, and programming, as well as relationships and human factors. She studied computer science, computer graphics, natural sciences, and arts and sciences at Cegep de Maisonneuve and Universite de Montreal, and completed high school at Ecole d'Education Internationale de St-Hubert.
