Brooke Spain is an accomplished Managing Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team at Dentons, with an extensive track record in litigation and representing major banks and government clients. Brooke has worked on various complex contractual disputes for clients, including BlueScope Steel, where she represented them in the Commercial List of the Supreme Court of NSW. She has a strong background litigating mortgage fraud cases, acting for plaintiffs and major lenders. Brooke is an experienced litigator, appearing in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and Federal Court of Australia. In 2015, she was seconded to Westpac Banking Corporation in the Business Banking Legal Team.
