As the acting Marketing Director I lead the Swedish Flavoured SSD / Stills marketing team in Sweden, being responsible for all marketing initiatives across brands, budgets as well as country P&L. The role is central to the Swedish team as it combines the marketing leadership within key growth segments as well as franchise leadership of bottler. Driving alignment with Northern Europe Management Team, ensuring ongoing growth within the Swedish market and x-market efficiency.  The team contains of 3 direct reports. Member of the Swedish Leadership Team.

The Coca-Cola Company

Continued duty as an associate vs. consultant, with the additional achievement; While managing Coca-Cola Sweden flavour portfolio, Fanta has turned around a negative trend into 3 years of consecutive healthy growth of volume, price and mix in a declining market. Lead Sprite into double digit volume growth and increased listing in-store and on premise. I have worked together with the bottler setting the standard for launch principles of innovation, that has lead the SSD flavour portfolio to positive trend, outperforming BP targets and at the same time being beneficial to all of Coca-Cola SSD brands.

Brand Manager / Varumärkeschef, employed

The Coca-Cola Company, contractor Coca-Cola Sweden and Coca-Cola Norway. Drove alignment between key stakeholders securing optimization and synergy between ATL and BTL investments ensuring profitable growth for the Coca-Cola brands. The objective was to drive brand growth in a complex environment driven by innovation and liable for fizzy drinks P&L. Responsible for launch among others FÏNLEY, Glaceau Smart Water, FuzeTea, Coca-Cola Signature Blend and creating market entry strategies. During my time Sweden launched everal local campaigns such as, Fanta White Label, FÏnley “Alkoholfria stunder”, Fanta “Smaksätt Dagen” and the successful ‘Stadsmissionen’ Christmas campaign balancing year-end Swedish volumes. During the x-mas campaign I launched an app game “Snta runner” which was the most downloaded app on Appstore during December. Several campaigns were exported to other markets within Western Europe. I have a solid knowledge of packaging and label design. Among those the re-launch of the Fanta brand. During my time as A CONTRACTOR I’ve held several positions such as, Brand Manager, Nordic Marketing Manager and Franchise Marketing Director, Acting Country Manager.

Sub-contracted consultant to PS Agency AB and PS Communication Gothenburg AB. PS is one of the leading Nordic communications agencies with annual sales of SEK 150 million. My assignments with PS were strategic in nature. I worked as Account Director/Planner for the company's clients, and potential clients within the agency’s FMCG-offer. Examples of companies and brands I worked with include: Procordia, Orkla AS, Stabburet AS, Grandiosa, Risifrutti, Nora, IDUN, Fun Light, Carlsberg, Ekströms, BOB, Felix, Mera Jobb, Habo Gruppen AB, Viamare Invest, ATG, PEAB, Lambi, Serla. In most cases I worked pan-Nordic.

Responsible for all the Posten group's external communication, with associated DMI budget. Establishment of creative direction, tonality, core creative idea, communicative goals etc., as well as planning and determining activities that were balanced towards the company’s vision of the desired total image. Duties also included managing and developing the brand team, and employees involved in it. Also procuring consultancy services such as creative and media agencies as well as vendor contracts. Member of the management team for Market Communication. During my time at Posten the company was the most awarded brand in Sweden. Under my ledership Posten won gold in One Show, Epica, Grand Prix in Stockholm mediaweek.

Duties consisted of managing the organisation for sales and developing sales for the company's 400 biggest DR customers, as well as developing Posten's sales methods from solution-based distribution sales to needs-oriented media sales. During my time as manager for the DR specialists, the unit implemented a great deal of important strategic business for Posten. Examples of these include Metro Hus & Hem, Lidl and doubling volumes for Elgiganten.

At Red Message I was responsible on for segmentation, positioning and pricing of the company's products and services on a pan-European level. The job involved working closely with country managers in the respective markets. I reported to the company's Marketing Director. My duties involved working at a strategic level to increase the company's income and profitability by means of unique positioning in the market.

Senior Market Analyst

Responsible for the commercial side of business development and for market analysis. Duties involved developing and implementing the company's business with advertisers and other commercial organisations in the market. Tasks included purchasing from creative agencies and intermediaries and setting up the commercial platform for new products and services. The emphasis was at a strategic level in close collaboration with the newspaper's senior management. The position included staff and budget responsibilities. I reported to the COO and the company's senior management.
