Suzanne Currie
Suzanne Currie is an experienced UX and Design Research professional with a passion for integrating social science, design research, activity-centered design, human factors, and usability engineering to create intentional and impactful human experiences. With a background in anthropology, museum science, and educational and industrial technology, she specializes in various fields including predictive analytics software, industrial systems, IoT, healthcare systems, sustainable design, healthcare physical environments, educational and instructional technology.
Suzanne is currently working as a CX Researcher at Amazon Care, and she previously served as a Human-Centered Design Specialist at LongWave Group, Lead UX Researcher for Amazon Key, UX and Design Researcher for Predix Products and Technologies at GE Digital, and User Research, Interaction Design, and Usability Engineering at Brunswick New Technologies, Navman Technology in New Zealand. Additionally, she has shared her expertise as an adjunct faculty instructor at Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
She has also worked with Samsung Research America as a UX Research, Insights, and Strategy professional, as well as a Principal Human Factors Scientist at Medtronic. Her excellent understanding of user experience research and design process optimization helped her create significant impact at HGA as a Design Research and Process Optimization personnel. Suzanne Currie is a talented researcher and designer with a multidisciplinary background that enables her to think beyond the ordinary and create unique solutions for industries' complex problems.
