Responsible for the lifecycle management of Envoy's fleet including regular fleet inspection, vehicle maintenance, recall process management, accident reporting process and vehicle management, and vehicle in-fleet and de-fleet for disposition.

Acted as customer facing liaison between client (Property Manager) and Envoy.

Handled all customer support in the LA market including customer issue resolution and improving customer support resources (FAQs, docs, etc.)

Closely monitored and analyzes Envoy fleet utilization.

Completed assessment of potential Envoy properties, works closely with Sales Manager and Marketing to plan launch events, and successfully execute launch events.

Managed support systems (email, phone, chat, and texting line) & team of support representatives, both local and remote.

Resolved all customer support issues effectively and escalated high-priority issues for our 1000+ users.
