Steffen Krogsgaard

Steffen Krogsgaard is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background. He holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Strategy, Organisation & Leadership from Aarhus University, Business and Social Sciences. Additionally, he has studied Higher education in International Business at Skive Handelsskole and completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and Business Administration at Handelshøjskolen i Århus / Aarhus School of Business.

With a wealth of experience in the recruitment and HR domains, Steffen has held various key roles in renowned organizations. Currently, he serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Vestas. Previously, he has worked as a Recruiter for EMEA North & Central at Vestas, contributed to Talent Attraction in Group HR at Danish Crown, and handled Recruitment and HR Operations for EMEA North at Vestas.

Prior to these roles, Steffen Krogsgaard was engaged in significant positions such as a Master Thesis Student in HR Business Consulting at Siemens, a Master Instructor at Aarhus University's School of Business and Social Sciences, and also contributed as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Student worker at Siemens.
