Arianna Taboada is a maternal health researcher, author, and founder of a consulting firm that specializes in designing maternity leave plans for female founders. She combines her formal training as a social worker and maternal health professional with her experience as a business owner, mother, and a passion for women's health, equity, and racial justice. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals in the fields of health education, social work, prevention science, and health equity. Arianna is a Senior Research Associate III at Hopelab in San Francisco, working on their young families portfolio. She studied Diplomado en Salud Global at the Instituto Nacional de Salud Pública, BA in Cultural Studies & Public Health at UCLA, and MSW, MSPH in Social Work and Maternal/Child Health at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
