Gay has worked with prominent industry leaders including Kaiser Permanente, St. Joseph Health and DST Health Solutions, among others. In his career, he has worked on various projects ranging from data conversions and software systems development to data integrations and valuation systems.

Before joining Kaiser Permanente as a Senior Software Engineer, Gay has also worked as a senior partner at Dreamsoft Media and Dreamsoft Technologies, and as a CEO at TopShelf Logic. With his expertise in software development, he has worked on various data warehousing and data conversion projects for Kelley Blue Book, XDimensional Technologies, and other companies.
