Victor Yang is a seasoned entrepreneur in the field of digital marketing, with extensive experience in the Chinese market. After beginning his career at L'Oreal China, where he launched the company's first e-commerce website for luxury cosmetics, he went on to create SAME SAME but different Agency, an international marketing firm with offices in Paris, New York, Hong-Kong, and Shanghai, which he led as the Chinese branch director. In 2015, the company joined Dentsu Aegis Group, where Yang helped reinforce the group's luxury expertise. Currently, he is the CEO of iBLUE COMMUNICATIONS, a digital creative agency dedicated to helping international brands achieve success in the Chinese market.

Yang's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Throughout his professional career, Yang has held various board and managerial positions, including being a member of YPO, a former Board Member at WELLNESS WAVE // 蔚尔诗 and GLOSSA.AI, and the former General Manager at SAME SAME but different. He also served as the Business Development Director at Netbooster, E-commerce Manager at L'Oreal China, and CRM Executive at L'Oreal China.
