Grinil Khanna founded his startup with the mission of helping middle to high-income families by providing family dynamics coaching and mentorship.

As a tech CRM consultant, Khanna provides comprehensive solutions for complex CRM processes for organizations in industries such as financial services, health, and telecommunications. By leveraging Salesforce's Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ products, Khanna creates custom architectures from scratch, including cloud infrastructure, business strategy, and analysis, project and product management, and consulting services.

Khanna also provides expert Executive Coaching through Executive Brain, where clients can find advice, resources, and personal coaching services tailored to their specific needs.
