Ermolin's competency in market analysis, product development, project management, people management, communications, and presentation has earned him a notable track record in his career. He is the founder of Ermolin Consulting, where he endeavors to offer his vast experience in business modelling, startup acceleration, and business educational projects. Some of the organizations he has worked with in the past include 2018 FIFA World Cup Local Organizing Committee, Three Peak Communications, Innovestor Oy, LUKOIL, and Skolkovo Foundation, where he once headed the Startup Acceleration & Development Group.
