Gareth Jones is a highly skilled international real estate M&A advisor with an impressive track record of successful deal execution. He has extensive experience in principal investing and debt capital raising. Gareth built the JLL CEE Capital Markets business into a regional leader between 1999 and 2007, completing over USD 2 billion of debt raising and over USD 4 billion of asset sales. With 17 years of senior management and client relationship experience, he possesses the professional and personal attributes required to be an effective business leader. Gareth has strong collegiate leadership skills and corporate finance experience. He studied Bachelor of Accountancy, Chartered Accountant (SAICA) at the University of Natal Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, and worked at PwC as a senior manager. He is currently the President & Chief Investment Officer at Vault Development Partners and was previously the CIO at Capital Partners and International Director at Jones Lang LaSalle.
