Fagner Moura is a seasoned engineer with over 20 years of experience in various roles such as developer, architect, data scientist/engineer, tech lead, and product manager. Holding executive education degrees in Leadership & People Management from Fundação Vanzolini and MarTech Strategy from Northwestern University, he brings a multidisciplinary approach to his work. He focuses on keeping the team aligned with the strategy while emphasizing constant personal development, making him a natural leader. Fagner studied data science at Estácio College and did extension work from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in Artificial Intelligence. He also pursued his interest in graphic design at IFPE Campus Jaboatão. He has extensive experience working for companies such as Loft, Estante Mágica, B2W Digital, and Passei Direto S/A, among others, where he gained substantial knowledge and exposure to different technological stacks.
