Mike Raven is a seasoned business and securities lawyer with a decade of experience in private practice, specializing in advising private and public companies across various industries like mining, oil and gas, entertainment, and technology.

He holds a law degree (LL.B.) from the University of Victoria and completed his undergraduate studies in History, English, and Political Science at The University of British Columbia.

Currently a Partner at Beadle Raven, Business and Securities Lawyers, Mike has previously worked as an Associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and served as a Legal Clerk at the British Columbia Supreme Court.
