NMFE is set to replace over 30 existing separate applications and will enable multi-channel sales access. This will include a full online mortgage application functionality that will facilitate an offer to be made in only 20 minutes. Current industry average is approximately 16 days from initial contact to offer .

Analysis following an extensive elaboration / requirements capture phase will be documented in UML (use cases / activity diagrams / sequence diagrams) and will follow the RUP (Rational Unified Process) methodology.

Role:                  My role was to lead the analysis of a Data Warehouse study and provide a document to support a proposed solution. The problem: CAFCASS was spending 5 man weeks a month manually producing an Excel spreadsheet of the Key Performance Indicators for their 10 regions around the UK.

The task was to make a recommendation as to how CAFCASS could automate this process and aggregate the views of the disparate data and enable reports to be run.

The solution proposed was to extract data from the three disparate source systems, validate and create a pre-determined set of aggregated views. These aggregated views would then be made available on the CAFCASS Intranet using Crystal Reports or as an export file in .CSV / Excel format.

I worked on a Pan European Business Architecture blueprint for the company's Broadband Internet (IP), Telephony (VoiP) and Digital TV services.  I was responsible for documenting this business architcture using a mixture of methodologies including UML/Use Cases and Business Scenarios. Work carried out conformed to all eTOM standards of Fulfillment, Assurance and Billing.
