Paul Wittich

Paul Wittich is a seasoned IT sales professional with over 20 years of experience in sales, strategy development, and talent management on a global scale.

Starting his career at Cable & Wireless Plc in London, UK, he honed his skills through diverse roles within the organization, including an international secondment to Grand Cayman.

Transitioning into the international voice business, Paul gained valuable experience in both buying and selling to global telecommunication customers before moving on to lead the International Voice Trading group in London.

In 2007, he joined Cisco in London as part of the Emerging Markets division, where he played a pivotal role in strategy development across various geographies before relocating to Sydney in 2008 to lead the ANZ Strategy & Planning group.

His passion for sales and talent development led him to head the ANZ Virtual Sales team, which saw remarkable growth under his leadership, expanding from 7 to 40 members in four years and generating $200M in Cisco business.

Promoted to Director, Global Virtual Sales & Customer Success in 2016, Paul took on the additional responsibility of leading the Korea business, managing a team of over 60 employees across three hubs.

Paul Wittich's interests and specialties lie in building and managing high-performing sales teams, designing innovative business models, navigating diverse global cultures, and achieving growth targets even in challenging market conditions.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Bristol.
