Frank studied political science at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and received his Master of Political Leadership from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Before joining The Medical Alley Association, Frank worked at the State of Minnesota and One Heartland. Frank has also served on the boards of MedTech Bridge and The Actuator - Australia's National MedTech Accelerator, as well as the Steering Committee Member at MTPConnect.
