Jocelyn Gottschalk is an experienced HR Partner with a dedication to implementing innovative concepts in HR to enhance performance and increase employee engagement. Her educational background includes an MA in Museum Studies from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a BA in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Jocelyn has held various positions in HR and Operations at New York Magazine, Rykodisc/REP, River Road Entertainment, and The Textile Museum. She has also worked as an Executive Coordinator, HR & Operations Generalist, HR Generalist, Benefits Coordinator, and Project Assistant throughout her career.

Currently, Jocelyn is a Human Resources Manager at Writopia Lab and previously worked as a Senior HR Associate and Senior HR Partner at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. Her skills include employee relations, talent acquisition and recruiting, policy interpretation, coaching, and benefits design & administration.
