Van Wagenen has a diverse background as an athlete, marketer, digital content creator, sports agent, and team executive with over 25 years of experience in professional sports.

During his tenure at IMG Baseball, CAA Sports, and as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the New York Mets, he negotiated significant contracts totaling over $4B, handled salary arbitration, and managed draft signings for a multitude of athletes.

Van Wagenen's expertise extends to business development, having worked with Broadband Sports / Athletes Direct to establish online platforms for over 200 athletes.
