Chris Sepp

Chris Sepp is a highly accomplished strategic HR leader and organizational consultant who has worked with innovative and complex organizations across various industries. With a Master's in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, he brings a unique blend of broad business perspective and expertise in management consulting, public accounting, organization development, and HR. Chris has also been certified as an executive coach through the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.

Chris has held several key positions over the years, including his most recent stint as Employee and Labor Relations specialist at Rio Tinto. Prior to this, he was Principal Coach and Consultant at Chris Sepp LLC, Business Partner, People and Organization Development at Rio Tinto, and Organization Capability and Strategy Consultant at Nike. Chris began his career as an Associate at PwC, eventually moving on to BearingPoint, Inc as Management Consultant, and was an intern at Pacific Basin Economic Council.

Chris holds a BSc in International Business from Brigham Young University-Hawaii and has also attended Western Reserve Academy. His extensive experience and skillset have enabled him to enhance business results and employee experiences by providing sound advice, coaching, and support to several global corporations.
